These are the “Terms” of Use of Angkor DC Website www.angkordc.com and any assets of Angkor DC available on the Website. Those assets include all kinds of materials including still- photos materials, videos materials, Angkor DC trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, service names, or any other distinctive features owned by Angkor DC, and “You” agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are permitted to display Angkor DC Assets in accordance with these Terms. This is a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license. All use by You of Angkor DC Assets shall not harm the benefits of Angkor DC. You agree that You shall not challenge, or assist other people to challenge, Angkor DC Assets or the registration or ownership thereof by Angkor DC, or attempt to register any Angkor DC Assets or other names, logos, marks, or materials that are confusingly similar in any way to any Angkor DC Assets.
Angkor DC will interpret Your compliance with these Terms at its sole discretion. Angkor DC may modify or terminate Your permission to display or use Angkor DC Assets at any time. Angkor DC may take action against any use of Angkor DC Assets that does not comply with these Terms or written permission from Angkor DC, infringes any Angkor DC owned or licensed intellectual property or other rights, or violates applicable law.
These Terms do not create any rights in any third party, therefore You may not assign Your rights or delegate Your obligations under these Terms without Angkor DC’s prior written consent. These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Angkor DC is the first Cambodian digital cinema offering Khmer movies to all Cambodians around the world. Angkor DC movies are on the streaming platform.
“Terms” govern your use of Angkor DC movies and any other assets, including but not limited to photographic or other audio-visual materials, Angkor DC trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, service names, or other distinctive features owned by Angkor DC Co., Ltd. “Angkor DC Assets”, made available via Angkor DC App, http//angkordc.com, or any other Angkor DC digital channels; and “You” agree to be bound by these Terms.
Angkor DC reserves the right to change the Terms from time to time based on the situation and trends of all related elements of that time.
Copyright to images, videos, or any other contents; is owned by the rights holders as per the Contract Agreement between Angkor DC and its Partners.
The quality of the display of Angkor DC content is Full HD 1080 but it may vary from device to device and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through, and /or speed of your Internet connection.
Once you’ve paid for a movie, you have the right to watch that movie on your device for personal entertainment but cannot use it for commercial purposes. You agree not to use the service for public performances. You have the right to use only one device for one movie. For each movie you have paid for, you are allowed to stream a one-time full movie and download a one-time full movie.
You agree to use the Angkor DC service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorized in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through Angkor DC service. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service. You must be at the age of majority in your territory eg. 18 years or above in order to use Angkor DC App service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
6. Payment, Cancellation, Refund
Angkor DC payment scheme is per-movie-base. You only pay for the movie you like and choose. Payment options are given to you via your bank account, credit card, debit card, and mobile operator. The official currency used for Angkor DC service is United States Dollars (USD).
You must make sure which movie you love to watch by looking at its promotional materials (synopsis, poster, trailer, etc.) before you proceed with the payment. Once you have proceeded with the payment, you are unable to change the movie, unable to change the payment option. And the payment is not refundable.
7.Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
